Bespoke Classic | Cinnamon Cayenne
The New 1806 Nutcracker
- ½ ounce 1806
- 2 ounces bourbon or rye
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass over an oversized ice cube. Garnish with orange wheel.
The New 1806 Sofia Fizz
- ½ ounce 1806
- ¾ ounce Sofia
- 1½ ounces bourbon
- 3 ounces club soda
Add first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass over cracked ice. Top with chilled club soda and garnish with a lemon twist.
The New 1806 Sour
- ½ ounce 1806
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (shake without ice). Add ice to the shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a skewered cherry.
The New 1806 Cast Away
- ½ ounce 1806
- ¼ ounce Cast Away
- ¾ fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Ginger beer, to top
Add first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (shake without ice). Add ice to the shaker and shake well. Strain into a tall glass or Collins over cracked ice. Top with ginger beer and stir to gently mix. Garnish with lemon wheel or dried pineapple.
The New 1806 Cinnamon Old Fashioned
- ½ ounce 1806 Cinnamon
- 2 ounces bourbon or rye
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass over an oversized ice cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange twist.
The New 1806 Cinnamon Scarlet Hour
- ½ ounce 1806 Cinnamon
- 1 ounce port
- ¾ ounce dark rum
- ½ Jamaican rum
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce grapefruit
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass over cracked ice and garnish with a lime or orange wheel.
The New 1806 Cinnamon White Russian
- ½ ounce 1806 Cinnamon
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 ounce heavy cream
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a prepared cocktail glass with a cinnamon sugar rim (if desired) over an oversized ice cube. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
The New 1806 Cinnamon Bee’s Knees
- ½ ounce 1806 Cinnamon
- 2 ounces apple cider vinegar
- ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces tonic water
Add first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe. Top with chilled tonic and garnish with a lemon wheel or orange peel.
