1½ ounces Sofia
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce mezcal
7 ounce bottle Miller High Life

Take a swig of High Life. Pour Sofia and lemon juice into the bottle. Swirl to combine.

Sofia Rose Gold Gimlet

½ ounce Sofia
2 ounces gin
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a martini, coupe or cocktail glass.

Non-Alcoholic

Sofia Paper Plane

¾ ounce Sofia
¾ ounce bourbon
¾ ounce Nonino Quintessentia amaro
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Nick and Nora or cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel rim strip.

Sofia Colada

2 ounces Sofia
3 ounces coconut milk
¾ ounce Cast Away
½ ounce fresh lime juice
4 dashes angostura

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into Hurricane or Collins glass over crushed ice. Garnish with umbrella, cherry, orange wedge and fresh mint.
