2 ounces Now & Then
2 ounces gin

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with an expressed lemon twist.

1½ ounces Now & Then
2 ounces bourbon
½ ounce ginger liqueur
¼ ounce lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass over an oversized ice cube. Garnish with a candied ginger skewer.
