Shipping policy
At Spirits of Alchemy, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Every bottle is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship using UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your region and the best available rate.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options at checkout, but if you need a rush order, please reach out to us at info@drinkspiritsofalchemy.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
Please note that Spirits of Alchemy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
