The New 1806 Cinnamon Bee’s Knees
- ½ ounce 1806 Cinnamon
- 2 ounces apple cider vinegar
- ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces tonic water
Add first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe. Top with chilled tonic and garnish with a lemon wheel or orange peel.
