Sofia Paper Plane

• ¾ ounce Sofia
• ¾ ounce bourbon
• ¾ ounce Nonino Quintessentia amaro
• ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Nick and Nora or cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel rim strip.
