Not-A-Colada
- 2 ounces Cast Away
- 1½ ounces coconut cream (recommend Coco Lopez)
- 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- Bar spoon of vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender with ½ cup of ice. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a hurricane or collins glass. Garnish with orange wedge, pineapple frond, and cherry spear.
To make alcoholic, float 1 ounce of rum.
